Very rude customer service. One of the associates Josh came to my home and twisted repeatedly on my door knob as if that was going to get him into my house. After speaking with Veronica the manager, she informed me that he did not twist on my door knob. She wasn’t there so how could she possibly know and try to reassure me that Josh didn’t wiggle on my doorknob multiple times to get in. I also spoke with Josh after the incident he told me that his job was not serious enough for him to do such a thing, he also argued back and forth with me over the phone for over 2 minutes, I finally had to cut him off and inform him that i was a customer and that he should not be arguing back and forth with me over the phone. He was very irate. I really hope customers weren’t around when he was on the phone with me. Because he lacked customer service skills. I called cooperate and left multiple messages. The general manager Terry called me very upset asking for a payment or to pick up merchandise. I explained to him that I would like to speak with corporate first just so they could be aware of the incident. Terry continued calling me multiple names on his personal cell. He said I was not a pleasant customer and called me a “past due customer” because they didn’t put my new number on file that I called and added to my account when I made my last payment, therefor they had been calling my old number that I no longer had (not my fault, someone didn’t do their job correctly) and I was also unaware that my boyfriend did not change to monthly payment instead of weekly. After being talked to horrible, Terry said he would get his regional manager Randy to contact me. Which I asked them to do from the jump. Randy contacted me immediately apologized for the situation and was sincere. Terry came into my house to pick up the merchandise and called me disrespectful in my own home for the way I spoke with him over the phone, the hatred and malice he spoke to me was very ignorant. Terry spoke with such bass in his voice that my cat started to get into an attacking position (tail getting bigger) I’ve never seen my cat so terrified. I will never suggest anyone I know to do business with them. The staff was upset with me because i was angry about Josh coming to my door wiggling and pulling on my door knob. If they were mature enough they would’ve understood that I was not attempting to get Josh in trouble I was just notifying them of his behavior. If he’s pulling and wiggling on my door knob I’m sure he’s doing it other customers as well. That’s how people get shot. If roles were reversed I would hope one of them would’ve contacted the business if someone came to their home pulling and wiggling on the door knob trying to force entry into their home. I recorded thier entire staff at my home after being told to leave hanging out like my yards a circus.
