Moving to Capitola was a lifelong dream of mine! I bought a decent condo for our family in 1980 and lived there happily and peacefully until just lately. Then the fires started burning all around us! Now I am almost 80 and so the fear of dangerous episodes of serious danger I moved out of the Village and rented my place. Now that I want to return the tenant has refused to allow me to return! They are demanding to continue living at my home free and lock me out. I have to make house payments and pay taxes to prevent them from taking possession permanently! Could anyone help me to return to my lovely home? I am running out of money and am sicker every day by sleeping on the streets and maybe a handout from strangers. The young family lives carefree at my home without paying anything for her comfort in my home! Because of litigation I cannot reveal anymore. So if you understand my dire situation you would donate and help me get back my lovely home, Please I beg you. PS: the attorneys have their hands tied...
