I’ve been coming to this store since it was tiny, before it expanded to several stores. Started with one brother, now all brothers are on board. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable awesome atmosphere with staff. Always been super helpful, trade ins are extremely fair to the seller and repriced fair for the consumer! This is literally my go to retro and card shop before all others. I’ve gotten to know staff well, great conversations and even when busy (which they very much are) they find time to show customers that they are important by multitasking workload with customer needs!...

It was my first time visiting. There is no customer service. Me and other customers were standing in the front patiently waiting to get helped for 30 minutes and the two guys that were there completely ignored us and acted like we were not there. Not once did they ask if i needed any help or anything! After 30 minutes of standing there I finally said so I guess you guys are not helping anyone and the guy said we can what do you need.
