I have never before felt inclined to write a review on a store. Yesterday, I was so taken back by how I was treated by one of the employees at this store. I think his name was Josh. My assumption is that they get paid commission off of the accessories at the store because this was absolutely ridiculous what he was trying to add onto my bill. First of all, Josh was wearing airpods and I could not tell if he could hear me the entire time we were working with him. I went in to pick up the new iphones that my fiance and I had ordered. By the end of it, the employee rings us up and says okay the total is $406 please sign here and insert your card. I said okay, why is it $406? He wouldn't tell me. He said, oh I cant show you the receipt until after you pay. I said, no, I am not going to sign anywhere or be paying for anything until I understand what I am paying for. Turns out, he added two $50 iphone cases, two $40 screen protectors (that we did not ask for at all, but he felt inclined to just put them on the phones) and a random other pop socket accessory. When I called him out he said oh but I'm saving you money because you get a coupon with three accessories, so one is free.... ummm. Nooo, we literally did not ask for them! Then he continues to say, I would be dumb to walk out without a screen protector and a phone case for my new phone.... The guy literally was mad at me and calling me names because I wouldn't buy a screen protector. When I asked him to take those additional items off, he was so resistant to, I finally got the other employee to come over to take them off. The actual total amount we owed was for the tax on the iphones... $208. It is one thing to try to scam us, but seriously with the rudeness and disrespect.    Read moreI am writing to commend one of your sales representative for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. During my recent interaction, Valencia had provided outstanding support despite a situation involving a rude manager asking her to move me from their larger desks âto be out of the wayâ even though the manager was standing there with other employees just talking not that long before and had other employees with guests at the same desk. Not sure how I was âin the wayâ while being assisted. Manager name is Hunter. He was quite abrupt and rude to her in particular and made me uncomfortable with his behavior because he didnât act like that towards other employees.
The employee handled the situation with remarkable grace and she continued to offer excellent service, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction even under pressure. Her ability to remain composed, patient and helpful truly made a difference in my experience. I believe this individual exemplifies the high standards of customer service that Verizon aims to provide. These employees are under a lot of pressure and I can tell.    Read moreMy day 4/15/2019- I went to a corporate store to fix a situation with my phones- Huge Mistake walked out with a far worse problem- I was heading to Coffee shop near a Verizon store I never noticed before- Fearful to enter because of the store down the road walking out with a far worse problem- I did enter the store with words of could you help me- She didnât say No like the other person at the corporate store down the road- She offered to take a look and promise you she spent a few hours helping me- Honestly between our breaks and people coming into the store she helped me to the very end- Walked in Damaged in more ways than I knew , walking out with a great working phone, better attitude towards Verizon store- This young lady showed respect towards me, didnât judge me for not understanding my mixed up mind regarding tech words etc...- Thank you Kristy- Thank you Verizon for having this person Kristy, I donât know her never been to this store before- Yay yay I have a working phone with knowledge as well- Everyone do not give up go to this store- From a woman...
