The coffee experience at Coffee Conspiracy is one of the most luxury coffee experiences in Santa Cruz County. Every cup is hand-crafted and carefully prepared, ensuring quality is at it's peak before being handed off.

My personal favorite is the '5G is Killing The Bees' - A lavender honey latte prepared with house-made syrup. The floral notes in this latte bring me a sense of calm amidst my busier days. [I've learned the former error of my ways...get it hot, with whole milk.]

Some of their other menu items, like their pour-overs, are brewed with specialty beans -- making your coffee experience unforgettable with unique single origin roasts you cant find anywhere else.

The service is always incredible, with Eddie and Shawn greeting every customer with a warm welcome and enthusiastic conversation. And of course, LINK!! The most precious yet aloof critter ever, he will acknowledge your presence... if your'e lucky...

Their new location has also been a labor of love, with the interior setting itself apart from every other coffee shop in the area. You're greeted with a sleek, modern gothic space that teleports you to a different realm. Stepping into Coffee Conspiracy feels like stepping through a portal.

The finest coffee in California, no contest, and we’re lucky enough to have him in Santa Cruz! Coffee Conspiracy is still in the soft opening phase with irregular hours. They’re located in the old Starbucks (haha) in the Capitola Mall.

The espresso-based drinks like the Simulation Theory or Shapeshifter never miss the mark, and the small batch syrups just enhance the taste of the coffee.
