Capitola paws — Local services in Capitola

Went in with a friend of mine visiting from Southern California. She was interested in a harness but they didn’t have the size. Kathy the shop keeper said they should have more coming in soon. I left my number so I could pick it up when they were restocked. Kathy called me 2 days ago and said the harness was in stock and she could hold it for me until Saturday. I called her back and left a message on what I presume was her cell phone that I would be in to pick it up. I drove to The Village on Saturday (which was a feet in its self). Kathy then told me that she did not have the medium sized harness and pretty much blamed it on the person who places the orders for not getting the proper sizes. Kathy why did you even call me to tell me you were holding it for me if you didn’t even have it???!!!! WHAT A WASTE ON MY AFTERNOON. Complete lack of accountability & customer service. Will be skipping Capitola Paws...
