Highly recommend in spite of the following... Parking is dark, dangerous and super congested between 5-6:30 when the dance school let's out and it's moms, little girls and monster trucks and huge SUVs going every which-a-way. Vagrants arguing and pushing eachother right at the front door on our visit. The institutional sickly green interior color. Wear sunglasses? They charge $2 for a tiny bowl of white rice 🤣. It does not come with your meal, never saw that before.
So why 5 stars and the recommendation? 3 words, Szechuan boiled fish! Wow. 🤯. I think they use tilapia, I don't like tilapia and yet this soup is awesome! Huge portion, lots of fish and veggies and spicy. They must use Szechuan peppercorns, it's the kind of spice that hits the back of your pallet and jaw. You may need to go blow your nose. We had to ask for bowls to go with it, I guess they thought we were going to eat out of the hugh trough/bowl? Also ordered the Spicy Eggplant, one of our favorites. This was good but a little too oily. I overheard a lady asking for less oil to be used on her order, smart. As I sat in amazement of my soup I could hear and smell takeout dishes being prepared in the kitchen, the spices, sauces and most importantly wok hei were intoxicating. We will be back for sure. The owners are super kind and energetic. In spite of the rediculous $2 charge for rice, their prices seem very reasonable. Looks like they have a good...

I ordered Kung pao chicken with rice. The chicken was NOT white meat and was very tough and rubbery. I only ate a few spoon fulls, wasting the rest. The plate had so much celery and few water chestnuts and peanuts.
NONE of the waiters checked back to ask how the food tasted, so I gave up after 15 mins, leaving a 20 dollar bill! The WORST!! Kung Pao ever!!!!!
Wasted $20 dollars.. only thing good was the hot pot of tea unfortunately I only drank a few small cups leaving it behind. I hope people start writing honest reviews and not based on...
Read moreGreat food at a very reasonable price. The decor is decent, not too upscale but don't let that fool you! I have tried several dishes and they are putting decent amount of Sczheuan pepper. The service is good and the food is prepped fairly quickly (it is not a fast food).
Just a suggestion: around now (mid 2025), Google map asks you to go forward and turn right --at the last stage of arrival and park. That is a very uphill and does not have a good walking path to restaurant.bInstead, take the right a bit early, enter the shopping complex and park just in front of the restaurant. (If you are needing a left turn, then you are coming from the other side. Do the opposite: pull a bit forward to enter the shopping complex...
