I explained upon arrival that the BOGO promotion didn't work through the app and that I actually rarely use the app because it rarely works properly. The barista with what is the epitome of coffee house rudeness and power-play lame tactics, said it must have been because I ordered passed 6pm. I explained I ordered before then. She checked the cup, because clearly she didn't believe me and said, "Five-fifity six". As if I should just turn and walk away. I said, "Ok, so that's still before 6pm. So am I still able to utilize the promo?" She said, "Contact customer service. I'm not responsible for the app." I said, "But can't you tell by looking at my order that I obviously didn't receive the promotion?" She sighed, clearly annoyed and said, "Let me see your app". Cheyeae (wasn't wearing a nametag - I needed to ask her name) then said, "Well you must have used it because it's telling me you did." I explained again, "But it clearly shows I've only ordered one drink today and I was clearly only given one drink". More attitude on her part, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said, "Perhaps honor the promotion." Her response was, "I was going to help you but now I'm not because you're being hostile." SMH I will never return to this location. I'll be deleting the app and canceling the BofA rewards card for Starbucks. I can work around the app by always carrying cash and paying that way, however - I won't be treated like trash, by your stuck up, unprofessional, entitled little brat of a barista, who accused me of lying and could have easily addressed the problem within a minute instead of dragging it out, accusing me of "already using the promotion" and refusing to easily fix the problem. I placed my order about 15 minutes before arriving and was there for approximately another 15-20 minutes and they didn’t even start working on my order. There were a lot of people so I knew they were backed up which was fine, but my issue is that the barista with curly ginger hair was rude about me asking for a refund and refused to give it to me. She claimed it was due to me placing the order on the app. I had to have another store refund me for an order placed on the app about a week ago due to them not having it. And once, by the taller, chubby white manger, and I can honestly say none of the times were my fault just a few days ago, they told me they were going to charge me more half-and-half, and it's literally free to grab on the counter near the napkins. The two managers are literally miserable. You can tell they hate their life for obvious reasons. Once you see them, you'll know what I mean. Do not go there. They'll love you if you don't ever ask them for remakes when they mess with your drinks. As long as you can do that, you're OK with them.
