The worst restaurant experience ever! Isaac is the rudest manager ever! I ordered a bowl with barbacoa, and when i opened the bowl i didn't see the meat, i ate half of it and didn't find it. I went to ask the girl that made it if she put meat on it, and she said she did it but she offered to put a little more.. Then this guy came from the kitchen saying that since i ate all the bowl, and that's not true. (I showed the bowl to him) i said i ate 50% of it and there's no meat, not even the meat sauce. i kept asking him to stop saying i ate 90% of it, cuz i may ate 50% looking for the meat. Then he said in a rude way if you want talk to costumer service! when i asked where is that. He got aggressive and said "I'll call the cops! " i said "call them! ". He got off the counter. and standed very close to me, ready to push me and shouted "get out of my store! " i asked to keep his distance from me, the 6f. But he did not, and he Kept shouting lauder. "get out of my store!“ ) staying too close of me 2 inches distance) it's not his. He is an employee! I told him and that infuriated him. He refused to give me his name, but is in my receipt. Isaac.. It's the worst experience ever!. This happened on Friday at 7pm. Check the pic i didn't ate 90% of it as he claimed. He was trying to intimidate me from the beginning.

Read moreThis location has slowely gone downhill and will never return. Me and my wife and kids went in at about 8:00 Sunday night to grab 4 burritos and they were a bit busy with online orders. Me being a doordasher I understood and waited about 20 min longer than promised time to receive my food. Apon receiving I relized the bay was a bit cold. But waited to get back to my car to be sure. When I saw they were not only cold but a small handful shape of a ball I was angry and went inside to have my cold ball remade. Just to have the manager come out and say that’s accualy bigger than usual and we will not remake the order. I was extremely appalled by his attitude going very disrespectful to a customer. So I drove 25 min accross town to have it remade from another chipotle that was gladly willing to make it again with no question asked. And didn’t get home with my order till about 10:30 at night when promised 8:00 and I work at 4:00 in the morning so not what I wanted to be doing.
