Turns out Steven has actually traveled to Norway where the Stressless corporation is headquartered – so he knew the product. He provided detailed information, not just about the sofa, but also how Stressless runs their pricing and sales promotions. He said Stressless requires all dealer sell at the same price, and because I live more than 100 miles away, I would likely avoid shipping costs if I bought from a local dealer.
