Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I have ordered from Papa John’s multiple of times and every order has been messed up or the delivery driver doesn’t care about making sure my order ok. This will be my last time me and my family will order Papa John’s. Today I ordered pizza and wings, but only received the pizza. I asked the delivery guy about the wings, and he said he was only sent with the pizza. He asked me to call the restaurant, so I spoke with the manager, who said they were busy and didn't have time to put my wings in the oven. I suggested the delivery guy pick them up, but the manager told me I could come get them instead. Then he told me that I may or may not get my wings because 9/10 times the delivery guy keeps and eats them. I gave the driver $10 to go back and get my wings. While I was still on the phone with the manager, he told me ugh fine I will put them in the oven. Then I got hung up on. The manager is very un professional, disrespectful and not very good at having customer service. Although I have spoken with Gage and John and they have always made sure I have gotten a quality guarantee and are very well at giving good...

This is the third time in 6 months that we have ordered, this is the third order that has been absolutely wrong. Not hard, pepperoni pizza on thin crust. Today we received a pizza not on thin crust, hardly run through the oven, basically the sauce is warm and the cheese is melted. The dough is still very doughy. I could bake a loaf of bread with what I can scrape off. On top of that it's not even cut. It's no wonder because it's not even cooked. You can't cut it and if they did cut it, it'd probably glued itself back together.

Called manager wouldn't speak to me. The cashier said they could remake it and send it out. Nope. I do not trust that it would be made properly or not have something done to it. Done with...

This is twice I never received my order. I have ordered from this place 3x (once with a friend maybe a year back) and only one of those times the service was good, the other 02x I never received my order. This location is an embarrassment to the entire franchise of Papa Johns.

I wish I could leave a more negative review than this, I contacted the owner and told them the problem and they never got back with me. I highly recommend anyone who wants to order from this place DON’T. You’re likely to never get your food and never get a refund. I love papa johns but if the service is like this than I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere and advise you...
