Today was my first time coming to the shop and let me just start off by saying it is so cozy and cute inside. I absolutely loved the set up. I was greeted as soon as I came in to a very friendly, beautiful staff. My nail tech is Franny and she is nothing short from AMAZING!!! This is probably my 3rd or 4th nail salon due to other places being unprofessional or just not getting the job done. After today I know for sure I’ll be settling with Franny and this salon in general. I can honestly say this set she did for me is most definitely my most favorite set I’ve ever gotten in life and I’m not even exaggerating. I’m so excited to finally have found an amazing nail tech who not only does an awesome job, but is super friendly and not to mention beautiful herself. I've been going yo this beautiful establishment for a little over 2years now. I look forward to my nail appointments now. I love my nail tech Soledad whom is also the owner. She is a ray of sunlight. She's extremely professional and is a perfectionist. There isn't a shape or design she has not been able to do. I went to this salon for a manicure n pedicure, I was told one price and when the female charged me she charged me an extra $10. I never heard of a basic manicure n pedicure costing $50. I don’t like dishonesty. when I told her that’s not the price I was quoted then she charged me $40. Not to mention my nails weren’t done correct, instead of taking the Clear nail polish off with acetone she used a machine to take my police off which literally shaved my nails thin. Not...
