Hamburguesa — Restaurant in Carlstadt

Well unfortunately I was working on a great review and wanting to publish something great because I do a lot of food reviews I’m trying to build my raft and what not and right now I can’t do that I literally feel like I have food poisoning I never get sick I never get nauseous and this is just in the pit of my stomach, the reason why is because I just recently had a raw hamburger had I not known I would’ve never eaten it and I would’ve given it back to the restaurant not to mention the food was ice cold this was not how I had tonight planned as you can see by my pictures. I literally feel sick to my stomach I didn’t take a picture of the other food because I threw it out I was so disgusting but it was literally raw both hamburgers I had gotten my wife and myself raw and my food was cold on top of it, I don’t want to hear that the picture was taken and you took forever it literally took two seconds to take I just open the lid popped it open and covered it the food was took about 20 minutes to make and it just was not worth my time tonight, ate half of it and felt sick to my stomach glad i ...

The burgers are OK. In my past life, I worked for a very demanding and extremely particular restaurateur who specialized in fast casual concepts and alongside two extremely talented and equally demanding chefs for those concepts who would find this place surprisingly adequate.

The staff needs to be better trained at how to run the register and be taught basic time management skills along with how to make a milkshake in under 15 minutes.

Burger presentation needs work and the consistency of quality delivered needs to be improved. Also, if you're looking for a really expensive Whopper knockoff, you're in luck. If you want a gourmet burger that's cutting edge with a really unique twist on an old classic, this isn't the place... yet. There's hope. It's an interesting concept, but the execution is still not there....

Stopped by with a friend and his son because we wanted to give this place a try. The vibe was nice and the layout is pretty cool. They have little games on the table as well as a foosball table. The service wasn’t the best. The young lady honestly didn’t seem to want to be there, it reflected in her attitude. We all pretty much ordered the same thing burgers and fries. But somehow my burger came out 10 minutes after my friend and his son. No apologies for the wait, nothing. You can see in the pic that he was almost done by the time I got my food. Now to the food, the burger had a weird taste and seemed to be heavily seasoned with pepper. The fries were ok but you definitely tasted the grease.
