My fiance and I are big fans of blaze pizza but everytime we come to this location there is always difficulty. However, today we decided to give it another chance. Which was a mistake due to the fact that this was the WORST experience we have had at a blaze chain location. Where to begin, they we out of 6 core items that we order anytime we come to a blaze. The workstations where the ingredients were was a MESS leaving residue on all the packaging, the ingredients that were available were chopped so unevenly I couldn’t even taste my pizza because there was a green bell pepper the size of my palm on there. I couldn’t tell on the work station where one ingredient started and the next began as they were all a mess. The guys assembling to pizza were nice for the most part but took little care in how everything was put together, not even close to an even distribution of toppings. When it was time to throw the pizzas in the oven I asked for all of them well done. The guys making our pizzas said okay, and I reiterated it to the guy actually making the pizza. I was met with an “I know.” And obviously he didn’t “know” because all of our pizzas were underdone with the worst being the cheese bread (see picture below). It was literally raw dough with cheese on maybe 60% of the bread with a slight brown tint on the bottom if I’m being generous. When that nightmare was over our pizzas were boxed before even asking if we wanted a drizzle and when I asked for one I was looked at like I was insane, like is that not what Blaze is partially known for? After he got our side of ranch (ranch all over the side of the cup which got on all of our boxes) we left. We live about 2 minutes away and I don’t think it would matter if we lived on the sidewalk out front it still would of been the soggiest meal I have ever attempted to eat. I will NEVER come to this location again and every time the opportunity prevents itself I will let others know how bad this location...

He then puts that one back in the man’s old box
Meanwhile my pizzas are getting cold and the gluten free one wasn’t even made…. They tried to give me 4 boxes and say that was my order and it wasn’t complete so I asked when would the gluten free be ready and they asked if an allergy or preferred and I said allergy so they said they had no gluten free mats available so they hadn’t even attempted to make mine and at this point I’d been waiting 20 minutes (I had frozen thawing in my car while waiting) Then they attempted to make it and bottom line is they burnt the crap out of it…. I told the guy he clearly didn’t look like he knew what he was doing to which he responded “are you for real” he even said we had a lot of pizzas ordered and Im like dude I ordered online 30 minutes earlier than scheduled pick up time…. This isn’t a rando walk in order.
I left without my gluten free pizza and I want my money back for the entire order including the $5 tip.

I will NEVER spend another penny on Blaze and will do all I can to bad mouth the brand because this is the last straw and you can thanks VINCENT for it…

Read moreHave been a customer here for almost 6 years now. From past one year or so, the service here came down drastically. My past three online orders have been late atleast by 30 minutes, still just because my kid likes the taste there and he has asked for it, had placed an online order once again today. Placed the order at 6:15 pm. Website said expected pick up time between 7 and 7:15. Went there at 7 pm along with my kid and I had prepared this time to wait even if it takes 30 more minutes. I waited until 8:30 pm this time in store for my order of one pie and one order of bread. That's near to 2.5 hours of time from order to pick up.
Had a worst experience this time around when they could not even give an expected time when asked for it after waiting for 30 minutes!! They were utterly rude to the customers who were waiting for their orders. Made comments at customers like "you can shake your head all you want, you will have to wait", "what you want me to do?", "you can cancel the order if you want".. While I can understand that the staff can get frustrated with the backed up orders, commenting back on waiting customers is definitely in bad taste.
Complaint on the online system is not just that it cannot predict pick up time even remotely close, it also says that the order is picked up by me on time although I was actually still waiting in queue, waited for 1.5 hour more after it said the order was picked up. This was the same case for my past 3 online orders!!!
It is unfortunate, but will not be going back there...
