Pharmacy setup is absolutely terrible since August 2023. You can't speak to anyone, and when finally do get someone they're in a call center and can't help you at all - and theyre rude, not even sympathetic about the hold times or the fact that they cant even tell you what the problem is "delayed" - so then you get transferred to another line where i held on hold for another TWO HOURS, no exaggeration. I had to hang up. I did a chat online, they were able to tell me the issue with my prescription (insurance wouldnt cover generic, needes to be ran as Brand) but couldn't help to do anything about the issue and don't have the ability to connect with the actual store. Ended up having to go into the store, the pharmacist was great, solved my issue in 5 minutes. Called the next month because i received notice of delay... probably same issue, called Pharmacy, held for 20 minutes, finally decided to try the "call me back option", 4 hours later I got an automated call back to press 1 to get representative, I held for another 16 minutes, got a monotone man who told me he couldn't help me and would have to transfer me to the store!?!? Held for 30 more minutes and decided to hang up and will go to the store tomorrow. Literally SO frustrating. This has been such an awful experience every month, like can someone just make a note on the account to use brand?! Bonnie always rude always no CUSTOMER SERVICE and I generally donāt say anything but you know what this time I am. Iām calling theyāre picking up the phone and hanging it up not trying to answer it. My son is standing there. Bonnie canāt find the online order that had been placed over an hour ago that I got confirmation for on top of that this lazy shift Manager Claudia is useless. No help on her cell phone standing in the back. She just leaves my son standing there not acknowledging him. Tgey are just trolling around not telling my son anything not saying anything to him about the order. Heās just standing there and nobodyās even assisting him. This Location has just really gone down. The new shift manager doesnāt know how to treat customers and itās really sad. They need to change personnel. Iāve said itā so many times stop just hiring anybody or just keeping people there just to fill a place. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a caregiver to someone who shouldn't drive, so I run her errands when possible. And at this Walgreens, it's possible. All of the pharmacy folks have been polite, smiling, efficient and proficient at getting you on your way, but they're always happy to answer questions, even when they're swamped. I appreciate that they always scrutinize my ID and inquire about my "not-driving-and-in-more-than-a-bit-of-agony" care recipient (broke both ankles at once, bc they're talented), which tells me they take med diversion seriously, as do I. The only reason I've given 4 stars is that I've literally never set foot inside the store, so I can't speak to other staff members/availability of photo processing/existence of a restroom or any of that. But I can tell you that it's easiest to get out of the drive through (without banging a Louie to go out the Rangeline exit if you just accept the fact that you're gonna take the first exit you see when leaving the drive through and find yourself driving West because there's a no U-Turn sign right in front of you.
