Incredible fare!! The food was just incredible and was authentic Armenian!! Having traveled to Yerevan a handful of times now, this was beyond wonderful !! So cool to have a place like this stateside. If you’re going to order, I recommend ordering on their website, don’t use doordash, etc. wait time is about 15-20 minutes if you order at the counter as it is freshly made! The beef and chicken are my favorite, and the lamb was really good too!! I highly recommend making a stop here if you are in Indy!

Great charcoal grilled food! I'm too lazy to do charcoal at home but it's really the best way to get great flavor into your food. Armen, the owner, has put together his own custom grill where he cooks stuff to a perfect char. Don't expect complicated "gourmet" stuff. Just good old food-meets-fire food. Charcoal grilled potatoes are perfect and the wrap I had had a nice tomato sauce and lots of good old onion, too. Warning! The grilled pepper was hot! Take a nibble first if you don't like spicy.

I finally have an opportunity to try Armenian cuisine in Indiana! It's a long-awaited dream that came true! I drive by this food truck literally multiple times each day as my office is nearby. I keep intending to try it and have not made the time….until now. I ordered carry out via the website (which was a great experience by the way) and omg it was absolutely delicious! I am half Assyrian, so I’ve enjoyed a lot of Middle Eastern food throughout my life. Davani Armenian BBQ is the real deal! Everything tasted as authentic as if a relative or family friend prepared and grilled it from scratch. The beef lulu kabob wrap was incredible…the meat was moist and flavorful, the lavosh wrap was still warm from the grill, and the owner (who was so friendly and kind) was able to provide me the sauce, cilantro & onion, and tomato toppings on the side as I requested. All of it was so good! I also ordered the hummus & pita —both of which were quite tasty as well. I highly recommend this food truck to everyone who appreciates authentic, freshly prepared food! And I look forward to placing another order soon, this time as carry out for dinner for my family. Thank you Davani...
