Our family rarely eats out due to a number of reasons so we only do so on special occasions such as today which is my wife's birthday.
We placed an order online, and specified no onions during checkout. After picking up the food and getting it all back home for the little party we had planned we discovered that all the dishes in fact included onions and on top of that there were items missing from the order altogether. We assumed we would be able to place a call to the store to get everything sorted out and to our surprise we weren't offered any reasonable solutions to our situation. Instead, the person on the phone said if we came back to the store they would remake the order. That doesn't work in our situation and isn't what my wife wants to do with her birthday, to leave all the guests, and return to the store because someone there messed up.
So since this experience has so negativity affected an otherwise good birthday and the staff have a "no refunds" policy I suppose all I can do is leave a bad review letting everyone else know that you shouldn't expect good customer service from this establishment. If they mess up your order the solution is to steal time from your day so they can take another shot at it, hopefully practice...
Read moreI went to pick up an order and arrived at the restaurant at 9.11pm, the order was ready on the main counter to be delivered, there was a woman cleaning the place who completely ignored me while I was outside, she could see me since the establishment is all glass, I knocked on the door for at least 10 minutes and she continued to ignore me, I called the phone of the place and the same woman answered, I explained to her that I was outside the place and my order was ready on the counter to be delivered but she told me that they had already closed, I explained to her that I had driven for at least 15 minutes to get there, that she could deliver the order to me and it would only take 1 minute but she told me again that they had already closed, that was how I couldn't pick up the order just because of a really bad person and service at the place, that was my experience.

Read moreFirst visit and last.Ordered the Great Greek Gyro with gyro meat Combo with fries for dine in on a Thursday at 12:00.Food arrived at table within fifteen minutes and everything was cold like it had been sitting on the counter overnight fries and all.Yup! That bad.Server that brought food to my table said to ask her if I needed anything else just ask,then disappeared from sight for the next fifteen minutes or so before I took the food back to the counter where ordered to be greeted by nobody but eyed by the two kitchen staff as I held the plate of food.One of them eventually and slowly walked out from the kitchen.He did offer to make a new one but why? If you can't get a basic Gyro and fries combo right the first time why bother ordering it again or anything else you have to offer.Sorry to say this but good luck TGGM and doubt...
