I’ve never purchased from this location, I just came to check out the reviews prior to visiting the shop and I will not support this business. The owners responses to the negative reviews are highly passive aggressive and condescending. Just disgusting ! If you can’t take constructive criticism well then you shouldn’t own a business! Everyone doesn’t have to LOVE what you’re selling and that’s okay. Very rude, will not support.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: You just proved my point, you’re incapable of accepting criticism. NOTHING I said was rude and as I said, consumers are allowed to have an opinion on the customer service, (which includes YOU!) the product as well as the establishment!! I’m a business owner and would never argue with consumers, it’s disgusting.

Now, I will be rude: You are a joke. Your business is a joke, you need media training and you lack social skills. You are a legit adult crybaby that lacks accountability.

Also, how professional to state to a possible consumer that they’re “hiding behind a computer”, lol, I am within walking distance to your shop and can enter if I chose to so your “insult” is very weird, lol.

My friend raved about this place and how I needed to try their vegan cinnamon rolls. So she took Me yesterday. However, I did not have the best experience. From the start, the woman taking my order, wanted to rush me out of the line. When I asked to try the🍍soft serve, she added it to my bill without giving me a sample. After bringing it to her attention, I received my sample. When I got home, I thought that I would have a nice snack but unfortunately, the roll was completely bare. No cream or fruit. Might have been excellent but I would not recommend this business to my enemy. The service was garbage and the rolls were not worth the trouble....In response to owner: I asked to try the soft serve. And pictures have been added. It was the plainest roll in history. I am not sure which customer you think you saw and heard on the video. And the roll being made on that video was not...

I absolutely LOVED this place -- when the old manager was there. I went in multiple times a week and everything was always made to perfection and correctly. Since she's no longer there, every time i've ordered through doordash my order has been correct. When you're paying $30 for 2 cinnamon rolls, I'd expect them to get it right- there were no customizations, just standard rolls.

Based on this, I started going in store. I've been disappointed here as well. I got the biscoff roll and there were maybe three crumbs of a biscoff cookie when previously there would actually be pieces of cookies. For $10 (in store) I would expect more than a roll and a less than generous amount of frosting.

Truly a bummer because I used to love this place but hey, I guess better for the...
