Carnation and the surrounding areas have an amazing resource of holistic approaches to health at Heart + Sol Wellness. Bethany is a fount of knowledge and wisdom. My sister in law booked the ladies in the family an afternoon of detox foot bathes. I am from out of state and normally pay twice the amount for the amazing benefits of a foot bath. If you've never had one done, don't wait! Additionally, I ended up getting a muscle session done and firmly believe I'm making healthy choices to start my 2024 year off strong based on her recommendations. Everyone local should be walking through her doors and you best believe when I fly back up, I'll be walking through her doors again too.
