Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

I went there today to buy my grandmother french fries and a little hamburger and when I got home to give her her food the fries were extremely salty! I called to speak to a manager someone by the name of darren picked up but I must say there was a lot of commotion in the background. When I was there waiting for my grandmothers food I noticed one of the cooks with blond hair being very unprofessional cursing and carrying on to the so-called manager... who knew when I called back to tell them about my grandmothers order that had excessive salt on it that there will still be commotion in the background from the phone... Visited Five Guys on Waltham Woods and wished I would of chose somewhere else to eat. Burger was awful with no taste. Paid over $11 dollars for a drink and a burger that tasted just like plain out and out ground beef off a skillet grill placed on a bun. Burger King and McDonald's burgers taste better. Should have went to Remo's Italian Restaurant across the street instead. A full blown lunch (sub, fries and drink) for $12 lunch special and better quality food at Remo's. Learned my lesson. I visited Five Guys at around 3 p.m. on a Monday. The restaurant was practically empty. My order was taken properly and politely. You took about 10 minutes for my order to be finished. The burger pretty good, but hardly up to the hype that I've seen on other reviews. On the other hand, the fries were excellent and the portion enormous. I have to say that the burger was far from juicy. Also, it was overcooked. I specifically asked could it not be cooked to death, but it was and had very little beef taste.
