My name's Jason. So I just purchased an iMac computer turn off let-go and the gentleman I bought it from did a factory reset, and when he did it be there the wrong way and it corrupted the hard drive. I could not figure out how to Reinstall my Mac OS Sierra to the computer. So I googled computer repair stores near me and computers came out I called a gentleman by the name of John answer the phone I explain to him my situation and he stated that he would love to help me to bring it in. Upon arrival John was very welcoming and friendly and was welling to work with me. Not only did he install the software for me he also updated it and gave me a great price really reasonable it had it done within two hours. Also I bought my computer to run a studio and I bought Pro tools and fruity loops and other software and was unable to complete installation on all of them by myself so again I called protac and John answer the phone I explained the situation and again he was more than willing to work with me add an amazing price. I would recommend protac to anybody in the thumb area or outside that don't mind traveling, if they have any issues with their computer or laptop or phones to call John at protect and he will take care of you. I have a 3 yr old Dell laptop that crashed on me with absolutely no notice or indication things were going wrong. I contacted Pro Tech and spoke to John. I briefed John on what I had experienced, and he indicated that given the symptomology, there was a likelihood all data may be lost. I did take my machine in. John replaced the junk mechanical hard drive with a new solid state HD on the same day. He reiterated that recovery of data seemed a long shot, but wanted to attempt repair of damaged sectors and attempt recovery. The following day I got the call that John was successful in the recovery, and later that day reinstalled the data on my machine, which BTW boots and runs MUCH faster. I happily paid what i felt was very reasonable, and took my new speedy machine home intact with all my data. Several days later I had a software issue concerning MS Office 365 ( 1 TB of online backup) which I had downloaded. I contacted John again, and he was able to remotely remedy the corrupted file. My daughter was having problems with her laptop, so I called ProTech. I talked with the owner, John & he said that we could bring it in. He also gave me an idea of what it would cost. After he looked at it for maybe 5 minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. He knows what he's doing, he's professional & told us everything in layman terms instead of hi-tech language.
