Wow! What a treasure of a store. I happened to be in the area and was surprised to find a local yarn store. I didn't expect much, so I was thrilled to find an exceptional selection of top quality yarns like Malabrigo. They also have a really cool line made in the colorways of nature like birds and the beach. But they also cater to people who want or need the workhorse staple yarns like RedHeart and Lion Brand acrylics and acrylic blends. No yarn snobbery! There are lots of samples made up in both knit and crochet so you can see how each of the yarns work up.
The cherry on top is a level of friendliness and customer service that you definitely don't find at all yarn stores. Courtney, the owner's daughter, was really fun to talk to about our knitting journeys and yarn preferences. She could not have been friendlier, and I am sad not to live closer because I would be a regular visitor. Or maybe that's a good thing... :)

The shop offers lots of different activities throughout the week and month, and you can always pop in and chat with people as you craft in any of the wonderful chairs. If you check the Facebook page they update their calendar with the events offered monthly. The owner is extremely kind and helpful and the other staff are friendly. No matter what fiber art you do, I highly recommend stopping by and checking out all the different...

When I am asked about what knitting project I am working on and I say I crochet I get a response that makes me feel like I am an outcast. But overall the store is very nice...
