Hello! We had a custom built sofa, by Bassett, in 2018 and we purchased the 5 year warranty that they offered.
Which was very beneficial since the cushioning or foam inside the armrest on one side of the sofa had started to break down to the point that there was no support at all.
We filled out the claim report and in about a week or so we received confirmation that there would be a technician that would contact us to make an appointment.
Jason arrived earlier than expected, which was GREAT for my schedule. I was on my way home from the grocery store when he called me and he was very accommodating since I wasn't there yet.
I arrived and he was kind enough to offer to help me with my groceries. However, I only had three bags so I had no problem but that was very kind of him to ask.
He came inside and assessed the sofa and the issues. The one thing that threw him off was that it was a custom built sofa. He discussed the problem with me and had a couple of ideas that he was going to try.
We were worried that he wouldn't be able to get to the area that needed to be refilled with foam for support due to the custom build.
Even though it was difficult, Jason was determined to complete his task. Which he did with a professional repair of the damaged arm rest.

Read moreMy warranty company chose this company to service my couch. The middle seat was completely broken. I also had some damage on another cushion from my rescue pittie digging. The warranty company denied that being fixed because they don’t cover pet damages. Seth was on time and did a wonderful job fixing the broken middle seat! He even went above and beyond to put some stuffing where my dog dug and stitched it up! I even had him quote me on my loveseat and asked if I could specifically request him when we decide to have that worked on. Warranty will not cover that one either because my pittie chewed the arms off when we first rescued him and didn’t realize he needed to be in a crate when we’re not home. Seth was polite and even paid attention to my doggies as the pittie is a complete love bug and would constantly run to Seth and sit right in front of where he was working to get some love. I really appreciate his kindness and not being upset over my dogs liking him especially Bruce the pit as many people are scared of him simply because of his breed. Thank you to Seth for being a kind individual who goes above the call of duty. I will recommend your company solely based on his productivity and kindness towards animals. Good job on hiring...
Read moreI called them to ask for a quote for beefing up the springs on my 1-1/2 year old sectional from Rooms to Go (hate them!). I was charged $55 for a visit from a technician who would assess and give me a quote. Never got the quote. In fact, I was told because my sectional was "too new" they wouldn't work on it. Look, I'm paying you to do some work, not give me an opinion - and, just what in the world would change in a year, or three years? The situation would still require beefier springs! (btw, I'm a 150 lbs. male; this sectional shouldn't be sagging already, but R2G wouldn't fix it). This is an elective repair I'm paying for out of pocket, I just don't understand how they could tell me no. I will never work with them again, and I will tell every person I can not to hire them....
