When me and my friends went here we were highly disappointed with the experience. The customer service was not good, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive, when we cut into the cookies a lot of them were raw especially the chocolate chip one it was basically just the top was cooked and the middle was fully raw and the next day when we called to talk to them over the phone about the experience, the person on the phone was extremely rushed and seemed to not care and said there was no manager at the time of the call and hung up on me. Very disappointed because this was where me and my friends would go when we wanted to treat ourselves. Can’t wait for the competition to be here in Carson so we can go...

I am very impressed and happy with the customer service! The products have always been excellent—everything I’ve ordered has been on point. I truly love all their items, but what stands out the most is the amazing customer service.

I recently had an issue with a Grub hub delivery, and despite their best efforts to resolve it, things didn’t work out through the app. However, an employee went above and beyond—after finishing their shift, they personally drove to deliver my order. I went here for the first time on Friday. I got 4 cookies. Two Friday specials and two that are always on the menu. I got the chocolate chip, Oreo, Oatmeal and Fruity pebbles one. (Sorry, i cant remember the actual names). OMG they were all so tasty. I have tried other cookie places and ended up not liking them because they are overly sweet due to the toppings and the actual cookie has zero flavor. But theses were so good.
