Showed up for an event posted as being at 6 pm, the guy in the red hoodie and glasses very dismissively told me that it was changed to 4:30 and I was too late. It’s still on the official Bandai app as 6:00 as you can see in the photo and when I showed him that he still didn’t care at all and just gave me a weak thumbs up and said “we just haven’t updated that one yet”. It’s the official app! I was excited to play so I’m disappointed. I’ve been to this store several times before with no issues. I’m not the kind of guy that likes to complain about customer service but the least I could have expected was a little understanding. This guy just didn’t care at all. Usually this store seems to pride itself on good customer service so I was surprised. I’d like to come in the future for more events but that made me feel pretty unwelcome. And just to be clear the woman who owns this store is really cool and has been sweet to me every time I've been there before this. This is in no way an indictment on her or her business, this is just a bad experience...

This is truly a great store! I know virtually nothing about gaming but my daughter is a huge fan and I stopped in just before Christmas asking if they could help me and make me kind of cool for my daughter and the staff there was so incredibly kind and helpful I absolutely left there with a smile on my face. I just went back in there today so she could expand on what she got and spend her gift certificate and yet again the staff there went above and beyond in not only helping her find everything she wanted and needed but going that true, full extra mile for her as well and I cannot thank them enough. These really are true professionals, dedicated to their craft and that is something truly worthwhile in a world where it seems to be missing quite a bit. Truly a great addition to the community and I for one will be going back there and I absolutely encourage you to do the same!...

This place is all I could have wanted on my vacation! First off, they had good stock on Pokemon, Lorcana, Magic, and all other card games. Their prices were also excellent! Next, the place looks very clean. Their tables were spotless, the shelves were organized, and the staff were nice. Finally, it's in a great area. I liked the atmosphere of the area and the place, and I would want to visit this place more often when I'm on vacations. So, all in all, this place is deserving...
