Staff discriminated against my wife’s ADA rights and could not accommodate her disability, She was refused entrance. Her disability and medical exemption is covered under not only ADA laws but also the Nevada Health Response Guidance on Directive 024: Face Coverings (June 2020), page 3 Exemptions. Was told that even thou she has a written medical exemption from her doctor She wasn't allowed to enter the store. This behavior and action is a direct violation of her ADA rights and violates their business license contract with the city/county. Regardless of local mandates your business still has to follow local and state laws and the contract you signed with the city for your business license. Owner needs to educate self and staff on the laws they are violating and not discriminate. Will never go there again and encourage anyone who values their rights to...

Today my wife and I got to the store around 4:55. I thought they might close at 5 but online and the paper on the door both said 5:30. Around 5:10 one employee told us they would be closing in 15 minutes. A minute or two later another employee asked us to leave so they could close up. I said the door says 5:30 and they said they need time to count the money. So the employee didn't let us finish shopping even though they were still open for another 15 minutes. As we checked out and left a customer walked in and was told fish would close in five minutes even though it was around 5:15. So basically the employees didn't care much about letting the customers shop until the actual closing time. They wanted everyone to leave even though they were still open for 15 more minutes. Between the thrift store, the social counselors in the office and the food pantry. And oh my goodness the bread such a wide collections and varieties of bread to choose from and donuts and milk.
