So disappointed with this store. I spoke with Christine and signed a legal contract to rent a booth on 6/21/23. She advised me on 6/23/23 that the person decided to stay and was going to have me on a waitlist, not ok. I was promised a certain one with a move in date, I also gave a deposit for it. This is bad business and decided to give back the key and not be on a waiting list, not my problem that the other person changed her mind. She gave me a signed contract. I love MidTown Marketplace, a relaxed, happy place to shop for furniture, home decor, gifts, special vintage finds, at reasonable (sometimes almost unbelievably low) prices. The owners, Christine and Coleen, go out of their way to create a beautiful, enjoyable experience for customers and vendors alike. I say this as a regular customer and a former vendor. My experience as both has always been extremely positive; it feels like a family of friends.
