Terrible service. Originally had a delivery scheduled on Wednesday. No delivery and no communication. I called 2:30 pm on the day it was to be delivered, I was given a timeframe between 9 am and 1 pm, and left a voicemail with no response that day. When I called the 800#, they advised that the delivery was rescheduled for Thursday. I specifically took the day off on Wednesday to accept the delivery and nobody asked if anybody would be available on Thursday. The 800# would continually transfer me back to the āhome officeā which was not open, so I had to leave...

They ignored our request and we ended up with black grime on our carpeted stairs. My husband reached out to the office manager. The only solution offered was for her to come to our house to clean the mess in 5 days. Such poor customer service from delivery to follow up. With so many better delivery options available do your self a favor and do not choose Pilot...

I call and finally get a hold of someone who says I need to schedule a delivery time and first available is 3 more days out. Iām not at at 10 day delivery when it was supposed to be expedited service. Just so it can sit at a location 15 miles from me for 6 days....
