Authentic Brazilian Wax — Local services in Cartersville

I am new to town and I was shopping around for a new esthetician.Unfortunately I do not have the best review for Rita. I have been getting Brazilians constantly for the past five years and for the first time I didnt have the best experience. When I first walked in her space was very clean and welcoming. But there were things that did not seem right. I noticed she uses a crock pot to warm her wax and uses a cooking spoon to put the wax into a dixie cup. I let her know I get Brazilians regularly so I already know what to expect. She insured me I was in good hands because shes Brazilian and shes been doing this since she was 17 years old. Once she started putting the wax on my skin it was really hot. I had to keep telling her its pretty hot. I started to feel uncomfortable because now that I feel like my skin is burning but shes going really fast. I am just used to estheticians counting me down and breathing in and out because it does hurt in certain areas. After, I did have some ingrowns and I felt she was pretty rough that my skin started to bleed. Its been about 8 hours since my wax and i have 1st degree burns because of the hot wax. I had an amazing experience as a first-time client! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt immediately at ease. The space was clean, calming, and very professional. My esthetician was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly kind and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

The waxing itself was quick, precise, and far less painful than I expected—it’s clear she has great technique and experience. I appreciated the attention to detail and the aftercare tips that were shared with me.

Mrs. Rita did an amazing job. She greeted me with a great attitude. I didnt know what to expect as it was my first time but she made sure to explain everything that she would be doing. She went out of her way to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible the whole time and checking in during the process. Her studio is very clean and I appriciate her caring personaliy. Her professionalism kept anything from being awkward; which Im sure newer people fear. You dont have to worry about the next appointment as you set it up with her before you leave.
