i go there quite often and ive gotta say from seeing it first hand, that rude customer service stems from dealing with rude customers all day long. if people would read the rules that are clearly posted (and constantly announced over intercom due to people not reading them), the staff are pleasant friendly people. you also have to realize this is a HIGH volume high customer based BUSINESS! people get exhausted and people have bad days. when you throw rude careless HEAPS of self centered people (customers) on top of that, your prob not gonna have the BEST experience..... even if your not first hand to blame you can help make it a better experience by closing a box if its open and keeping boxed items TOGETHER so that way if came as a package your only paying the one price for it instead of paying for it twice bcuz its been seperated by someone curious about whats inside but too impatient to close it back up when uninterested. just bcuz YOU dont want it, doesnt mean SOMEONE...

The overall store is a cool experience but the lady behind the counter is horribly rude. I picked up a swimsuit that was in one bag and she said she had to double charge because it was 2 different sizes. That policy should be posted somewhere. I didn't even realize it was 2 different sizes because the suit matched and was in the same bag. And she wasn't pleasant about it. She gets on a loud speaker to tell people that if their kids play with toys you have to buy them, she is just generally unprofessional. Also, the one in Douglasville is way cleaner and don't have a bunch of trash in the bins like this one, save your time and find...

Love this place! I could spend hours here...wait, I do... If I need something specific, I'll check here first thing Sat. Morning at opening . If I need a gift for someone....if I need tech... If I need pet supplies, party decorations... Home project ideas .... ANYTHING... if I can't find it in here at huge savings, it will show up here or something similar within a few weeks... Yes some things are broken, and some things don't work ... But most things are fine and if you can repair basic stuff or can use super glue without gluing your hands together or to anything permanent, then come spend some time here and keep some money...
