Campechanos Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in Cartersville

We drove over an hour to try this Mexican food truck out! I can definitely say it was WELL worth the drive! I saw this food truck on my FYP on TikTok. I looked it up and saw the amazing reviews, which is when I knew we’d have to make the drive to Cartersville to try it out. The food truck was located right outside of the downtown Cartersville area, in an auto shop’s parking lot. Use the directions on here vs Apple Maps because Apple Maps was not correct. We each ordered 2 steak and 2 pork tacos. The tortillas were UNBELIEVABLY fresh and the best I’ve ever had. They were so freaking good! The meat on the tacos was also superb and seasoned amazingly. We could’ve each eaten like 10 more apiece! The hot sauces were very tasty, they gave us a green one and a red one. Both were fantastic! I cannot saw enough good things about this food truck. The only reason I gave them four stars on the atmosphere is because it is in a gas station parking lot. I had a pork quesadilla which was on the lightest flour tortilla you can imagine. The pork had tiny pieces of pineapple in it that came as a delightful surprise to my taste buds. A friend had the Panuchos and said it was great! They are from the south Yucatan Peninsula. Campechanos is simply great people serving great food. I’m a sucker for authentic Mexican food, and food trucks, and what you get from these fine folks is up there with the best.
