I'm on the fence about this store. While the employees are helpful in finding what you are looking for, they are quite strange when doing other things. I approached the register and the guy pointed at a register I thought he wanted me to go to. Well, I was wrong. After placing my items on the counter, I was told, you'll have to go to another register to be checked out. Now why did he point me to the wrong one? I dunno. I absolutely love this place! They carry so many things that you can almost always find exactly what you want. And the staff is friendly and helpful. The only small criticism I have is that when I’ve called there (only 2-3 times), it seemed like the person in charge of answering the phone was not the person with the best grasp of English. Not trying to find fault…I only speak one language, so he’s wayyy ahead of me. But I don’t hang up thinking I got a real answer, and I think that’s because I can’t really explain what I need. My first time having a bad experience here. Went in specifically looking for one beer that I was told before they have an exclusive license on for the Cartersville area. Couldn't even find it at all, and I last bought it there only a month or so ago! And when I asked a staff member, he seemed extremely confused and made it sound like they'd never carried it there at all!
