I wanted to take a moment to commend Delma at Harbor Freight for her exceptional service yesterday. She was incredibly patient and helpful with my husband and me. Delma's knowledge about all the equipment was impressive, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. She also did an amazing job explaining the warranty breakdown and 0% financing options. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. Delma truly went above and beyond, and we are grateful for her outstanding assistance. I hat a few looks bc we were getting a pretty large generator. But what people don't know is my mother is on 100% oxygen and we literally just bought a new freezer 2 days prior. A huge full size standing freezer because her other one went out so we are not loosing all her food. The point is, even though ithrrs may have been irritated bc we had questions. She was an absolute delight. We surely now going to be long time...

Listen if you need tools for basic home projects - go to Harbor Freight. Great prices. The products are mid range quality. Love everything they sell - haven’t bought anything that hasn’t lasted and worked well.

The facility is very clean and organized and the staff is very helpful.

I would recommend this facility over Home a depot or lowes for basic tool needs - check their website before you go!

The do not sell plants or anything like that at this time - just tools and home improvement goods like painting supplies. No paints and no cabinet hardware or door knobs or things like that.

I have a drill from here and it was 19 bucks and I have had to replace the battery charger three times because I keep loosing it. A quarter of the cost of a mid price drill...

I like harbor freight... but today as I was shopping a man and his wife were trying to return an item they said did not work, the employee said they could not return and they would have to call someone else to return it... I believe the customer is always right and the employee was very rude to the customer. Employees should not be treating customers the way I witnessed the guy being treated today. Hope you get your people straightened out so I don’t not have the same...
