The only reason I’m giving one star is for the nice young lady that initially helped me. They truly deserve no stars. I bought a table and chairs here a week ago and the young lady helping me was very nice but I had to wait in the middle of the store until the manager was off the phone before I could even go over to try to pay for the table and I waited over 20 minutes just for him to get off the phone where I could approach the counter to pay and there was no one at the counter or in the store for this entire experience. She kept holding her hand up for me to wait and not approach which was strange. He was obviously upset about some thing and so rude and it was the most unfriendly atmosphere I have ever experienced trying to make a purchase. I called after picking up my table and chairs, It’s still in a box wanting to return it because I was unhappy with it and the salesman that answered the phone was so rude to me. There was no return policy, I was not aware of that and I should’ve asked that before I purchased it but I was in a hurry that day, and that was my mistake, it was my mistake ever even walking in here. He literally told me well you didn’t ask about the return policy and they had no return policy and I should of asked that, and I said the customer is always right even if they are not, I can’t believe your speaking to me this way, I’m not upset about the no return policy, it how he talked to be and treated me. He said that’s a big misconception, customer’s are not right he didn’t care basically and I told him I couldn’t believe he was speaking to a customer that way, and he literally hung up on me the rudest people I have ever encountered in Sales I would not go here for anything they don’t deserve your money...
Read moreI have had 3 different accounts with farmers furniture and have not been late on any payment. I purchased a whole living room suit Labor Day weekend 2016 (not yet even a year old) at about 5 months I noticed my material was coming apart. ( Luckily enough I purchased the 2 year extended warranty) I call the store and of course they were going to come out and take pictures. I waited so many days and still hadn't heard anything, I call back and of course they were going to do something about it. Finally after about 3 months the parts were order and someone came out to supposedly fix the furniture, the parts were wrong the man left the parts laying in my kitchen, I finally call and ask for the store manager and he did help with the situation and just order me a new set, well the love seat, and sofa, I also had a recliner that nothing was done about. finally after about 2 mnths I got the love seat and sofa replaced. Then, I went to vacuum underneath the new set and find the material underneath one of the recliners the dust liner has come off and hanging. I call they say, they will come out to take pictures I tell them they still haven't taken care of my recliner. We schedule an appointment they call to cancel 1st appointment okay fine we reschedule they come out and take pictures of only my recliner he (store manager) says I didt bring my tool to fix the lining but I will come back on Friday (today 8/25/2017), I say okay, this was Wednesday they called on Thursday to confirm our appointment for Friday 8/25/17 to fix the lining. Read moreBought a couch and love seat there and after 6 months had to have couch repaired. After about a year called to have couch fixed again ( the stuffing had completely come out the back out of the couch I dont have small animals there was nothing that could have caused this besides poor craftsman ship) scheduled appointment never received call back to come and fix it. Made another appointment they came out made a list of stuff to order they told me i should have SAVED the stuffing falling out of the couch to put back?! Waited 2 months for stuff to come in called them and asked when it would be fixed so we scheduled another appointment that day they called " did the parts come to your house?" no they did not?! So after getting a run around with that, they said they would replace it. So they brought a new couch.. the WRONG couch.. so then we come back around to fixing it. they came out and half way fixed it. It still looks pitiful. I've had them for 2 years and they both are falling apart. It took 8 MONTHS for them to take me in this circle. I had to call DAILY or else I wouldn't hear anything at all.. I learned my lesson, I wont buy from there again.. I'm stuck with couches I paid 2K for that are not worth it and I'm so tired of trying to get them to do the right thing I have just taken my losses and my lesson...
