Firehouse Subs Cartersville — Restaurant in Cartersville

Purchase through doordash New York steamer and bowl of chili. I got a quarter of a cup of dried chili or a quarter of a bowl that is and hardly any meat on my sandwich. When I called the store she told me I had to come in and bring it back there was nothing else she could do and she was snotty on the phone so I got myself in my car and brought it back and showed her and then I showed her the sandwich she said I have you another cup of chili coming right now o that was all she said. She took her gloved hands that she had touched God knows what with rifled through my sandwich and said that's what it's supposed to be like close the sandwich box back up and gave it back to me and then gave me a bowl of chili. All I can say is unbelievable a restaurant full of teenagers no one there to actually have any managerial authority and anyone who was there didn't care meanwhile there's teenagers laughing in the back room cuz I thought it was funny so I paid doordash a delivery fee and a tip for nothing because I had to go back out myself.I patronize Firehouse subs because my son is a firefighter, however, I will never buy from them again it will be a cold day in hell and I will be calling the manager if you're going to have teenagers run the the roost make sure they're at...

23 minutes for a 12 & 8 inch sub with no one else in the restaurant and 5 people... Still trying to figure out why I waited so long.

Just got my order and they messed up and switched the 12 & 8 and wanted me to pay extra for the mistake on their part. They threw both sandwiches in the trash to remake them...

I now leave 38 minutes later. I will never come here again! ☹️

They messed up on the ladies order right behind me as well. There is no sense of urgency what so ever and they messed up my order for THE SECOND TIME!!!!! They handed me the bag for the third time and the manager stated the she checked them both so I left because I was tired. I get home THERE BOTH MESSED UP!!!! I never complain but it’s really not that hard to make 2 sandwiches with 5 people behind the counter and business is slow. I wish I could post the picture I took of the staff. Please don’t waste your time...

So.. tonight, my wife and I stopped in for dinner. I was REALLY bummed when my favorite drink - the diet cherry limeade was out on the freestyle machine. I asked the girls at the counter if they could refill it. They both shrugged and said they didn't know how. They asked around the crew and this young man named Jake said he wasn't sure but he'd try. Well.. apparently it's not super easy, but he stuck with it and taught himself how to do it. He got it working in short order, closed the door and it started pouring my favorite drink! That's the kind of positive, can do attitude that we desperately need more of in this country. Jake is obviously the "go the extra mile" type and this customer is very grateful for the effort. Thank You Jake. Oh yeah...the sandwich was...
