12/8/2024 Why do I even try? It isn't any better at all! Total incompetence. I must be insane to keep coming to the Cartersville Main Street location. Ate in. Cold hard fries. Biscuits fall apart when you pick them up. The eggs look acrid. Cooked in burnt greese? 2 half pieces of bacon on a bacon egg. Not satisfied with amount of meat. I ordered a sausage egg. Got egg and cheese. They replaced it with a sausage egg and cheese then finally a sausage egg. OWNERS. I know I'm not the only one you are losing business with. I love Bojangles food. Just not in Cartersville.

10/18/2024 Why? Totally incompetent. Order bacon and egg. I get chicken. Order large fries. I get cold hard inedible fries. Were these cooked yesterday?I can't anymore. I'm done. Just 5 days ago I witnessed a customer request their money back after waiting 20 minutes for food. The worker argued with him over his dissatisfaction. Mind you. I had been waiting 20 minutes too! OWNER!!!CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER!!! Everyone if you want an excellent Bojangles experience go to Rockmart or Allatoona Gateway locations. God bless you if you go to Cartersville Main Street. 9/22/2024 Its been a love hate relationship. Oh well I guess it was too much to ask for. That they keep up the good work. See my picture of the bacon and egg biscuit. Not even one full piece of bacon. Its gotten bad again. I can recommend the Allatoona Gateway and Rockmart Locations. Cartersville Main Street will NEVER be up to par.

11/13/2023FINALLY! Bojaagles Main Street Cartersville is back! Thank you. Thank you. The food is great. Service both courteous and fast. I have been giving bad ratings for a couple years now. This crew is great now. Credit given where credit is due. My rating has been updated accoedingly. Keep up the good work! 7/15/2023 UPDATERemodel seems complete. Dining room open. So what? If you can't get waited on what was it all for. Put lip stick on a pig. It's still a pig. Lost my business again. I walked out without ordering. Old reviewsIt pains me to make this post because Bojangles (Main Street Cartersville) is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast. Today was not a good experience for me. My biscuit was raw in the middle, not wet from the egg, RAW, picture included. Someone had to see this when adding the bacon and egg inside. Then my seasoned fries were cooked overdone to the point I would almost say they were cooked twice. Since Covid-19 has hit, I've noticed a lot of personnel changes and with it, increasingly poorer service. The health score has dropped into the upper 80's. I love my Bojangles and I want to see it come back to its former glory. The owners and management need this feedback though before it will improve. It is difficult to give feedback when the dinning room is closed. Sorry it had to be here. Update So its been months since my original post. 1. The score is still in the low 80's. This doesnt inspire confidence. 2. Its past time you reopened the dining room. 3. The service in the drivethru is still mediocre.Update* I keep trying to come here. Now its on me. Score improved to an 89. NO ICE twice now. Didn't have my drink flavor. Dining room still closed. There will now have to be a "Under New Management Sign" before I come back. Sorry guys. There is no excuse for letting it...

I go here for breakfast a lot on weekends. Order is taken quickly and don't remember ever having to wait. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are always nice even though it is early on a weekend morning. Good location.

12.26.21 No one decided to show up for work this morning. Went somewhere else. Sorry but 1 star.

3.23.22 Never even made it to the window. Waited 23 minutes and had to pull out of line to make an appointment. This location is struggling lately. Don't know what is happening.

5.22.22 There was one person working this morning at 7 a.m. Taking and preparing orders one at a time. I ordered Mtn Dew and still do not know what it was. I've never tasted anything like that. I don't know what has happened to this location. Simply terrible. 1 star again.

10.16.22 Just when I thought this place had turned a corner and was headed in the right direction. This morning no one was at work 47 minutes after they were supposed to be open. After one hour they finally opened. One of my chicken biscuits was simply a piece of chicken wrapped in plastic. No biscuit. They forgot my honey mustard also. Don't know what happened to the good employees they had hired.

I recently had my first experience at Bojangles and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I ordered chicken, which I found to be dry and lacking in seasoning. Additionally, AI system at the drive-thru struggled to understand my order, which was frustrating. When I finally picked up my order, I was instructed to go inside to receive it, despite having ordered online—a significant inconvenience during my limited 30-minute lunch break. Moreover, instead of the leg and thigh I ordered, I received a wing and a breast, further detracting from my experience. While I may consider trying their breakfast options in the future, my overall experience with the food, customer service, and operational choices at this location was disappointing. This was my first visit, and I doubt I will return.

I noticed that many reviews have echoed similar sentiments over the past year, which makes me question why no changes have been made. It seems like the management is more focused on making a quick profit than improving the customer experience. Based on my visit, I can't recommend this place to anyone.
