On 8-23-2019 Bowers service co sent out a technician to repair my GE Profile dishwasher that is roughly two years old. I will start with saying my home is new and we have a lot of home building going on which means trucks, trailers, and machinery up and down my street. I had to put a cone up to keep vehicles off my driveway because of damage to the yard and driveway. Strike I, the tech just drove around the cone and on to my driveway not knowing why the cone had been placed there, he did not care. He could have easily parked on the street. Strike II, my wife is very clean so I asked him to remove shoes, and he refused saying we don't do that at Bowers, company policy is that shoes always stay on regardless. Luckily I had some booties from our home build. Strike III, he came in and basically did the exact same trouble shooting that we had already performed. I come from an aviation back ground so I'm very familiar with electronics and mechanics. He then told me he would have to throw parts at it until it's fixed, could get very expensive. When he said that I realized he just wasted my time and money. I told him I would purchase another dishwasher and he left, but not before taking my $59.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Later that afternoon I removed the dishwasher for troubleshooting. I found a bad control panel and I ordered the part. Basically I donated $59.00 dollars to the Bowers Christmas party....
Read moreThe tech responded to check in compressor was bad. He asked me if it was under warranty, I told him yes. He told me that he would follow up with the brand and get the part ordered for us to get the refrigerator fixed. He even told me the response time for a tech to be back out was 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks goes by, I contact bower’s and they tell me that is not their policy. They tell me that I had to contact the company myself. They showed no empathy for me as a customer and basically told me, “sucks for you”. They also showed zero accountability for the misinformation of their tech. I will ensure they never enter my home again and never recommend...
Read moreI had them come out to check my appliance that was not working right from the beginning, the tech was friendly at first but while discussing the problems, he then proceeded to speak to me down to me and insulting. He never took the time to check anything, made assumptions of what was wrong, continued to come up with every excuse as to why the problem was occurring other than an issue with the appliance and never did make sure the appliance was working correctly.
