I placed an online order, which I guess it's my fault for not calling to confirm they were open, but they said they were when you looked up their website. I've placed orders there before and never had a problem, but when I went to pick up my food they were closed. I had other obligations today and couldn't come back for my food when they decided to open. They refused to refund my order saying it's a new system and they just don't know how. I appreciate them trying to remake my order at a later time, but like I said I had other obligations and can't just come back to town for food that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes beforehand. This place used to be my favorite when it was a buffet style next to Walmart… went recently to order and they had put a lot of noodle juice all in my noodle box, handed it to me and it spilled and burnt me everywhere in my car. I asked for napkins because it was such a mess and she handed me a Clorox wipe. I told her it was a mess but she didn’t give me any more besides a single wipe. I shrugged it off and cleaned it up, things happen. Ate my order. It’s like everything was different than before. Nothing tasted like it used to. And the noodles made me SO sick after eating them. Annoying ordering process... the lady kept repeating “is that all” irritably every time I said one meal out of my four meal order. It was a quick wait time, considering the food was piping hot and fresh! Tasted great. Besides the spring rolls, everyone prefers egg rolls! The drive-thru girl was yet again annoying once I made it to the window. Charged my card and didn’t even give me a receipt!?! And practically threw my food at me and then rolled her eyes at me when I asked for soy sauce!
