Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carthage

Placed an order for pickup on the app for a birthday party for 8 pizzas the night before we'd need them. The app, the website, and their door say they open at 10, so we placed it for 11 to give them plenty of time on a Sunday morning. No notice, no notifications, nothing, my wife goes to pick the pizzas up at 11 to find the door locked, lights off, parking lot empty, and the store empty. She knocked on the front door, the side windows, the back door, nothing. She called, still nothing. We had to use a different, better pizza place who actually rocked it. We got in touch with a supervisor who was less than helpful (said that employees were clocked in and that he called and there were employees there, basically calling us liars). Annoyed on about ten levels with the service (I use that word lightly here), the management (what little there appears to be of any), and the functionality of the app (no notifications). A failure on all fronts. Use other pizza services. Heck, even the cheap frozen pizzas eaten raw would be a better option. At least they got us our money back, so the only thing they stole from us was...

HORRIBLE SERVICE 10/14/23 Order placed online at 6:34 pm, said my order would be ready at 7:00 pm. Arrived at 7:05, after waiting 5 mins someone came to the window and said my order wasn't ready, come back in 8-10 mins. Arrive back at 7:17 pm. Sat in the drive thru until 7:40 behind another vehicle and finally pulled out of the drive thru line and went inside. No one comes to the counter, I asked the 1 guy that was making pizza if my order was back there. He didn't look at me and told the other 4-5 people in the back to come up front. 5 MORE mins of standing there wasting my time and no one bothers to come to the counter I finally left, with no dinner. Over 1 full hour wasted! I paid online when I ordered and my account was charged. This is by far the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my 48 years of life! Everyone in that business tonight...

Wonderful staff, that was full of energy and always wanting to help. Employees knew the pizzas and appetizers well and was very helpful with suggesting items and items that compliment each other. Would recommend for a quick lunch or dinner. Or even a birthday party or Sunday night football game. If you order a pizza, try the garlic knots with them as an appetizer, it compliments well and is super yummy! And the wait time was reasonable, didn't feel like i had to wait long for a carry out or dine in order of a hot fresh pizza to be ready.

It definitely feels like Pizza Hut is going in the right direction and improving what they can to make everyone happy and welcome

Lastly, Business hours for dining room are: 11am to 9pm Sunday through Saturday Carryout window and delivery is 11am to 11pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 12am Friday...
