I love AutoZone they're eager to help you find what you're looking for and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need I do have to mention the bad though I have walked around the store several times and nobody asked me if I needed any help even though it was very clear I had no idea where anything was! And another thing that I didn't appreciate was they were constantly trying to push things on me to buy I didn't want or need but I guess they were just doing their job.Ok back on a good note they have came outside in the rain and put on wipers for me that I bought from them and they have even checked vehicles for me on their computers to find codes my computer had thrown. So all in all I'm going to say 50/50 you have to take the good with the bad overall I would recommend them they are friendly and give good advice and they really do genuinely seem to care...

Highly recommend this AutoZone. The employee assisted me with my check engine light right at the end of the day. You would think that this is nothing special but this wasn't the only thing he assisted me with. He assisted me with contacting a shop late on a Sunday night to get me back on the road. He helped me at a very low moment during my trip. I was traveling cross country after finding out my mother was placed on hospice. That check engine light was enough to put me over the edge. I went to O’Reilly’s to have my battery tested. They said it was bad and I needed a new one. I asked if they could install it, they said “no, that’s a 40 minute job, I don’t have time for that. That need professional installation. ” So I left O’Reillys and called the AutoZone in Carthage to ask them about changing my battery.
