This community minded church has opened their doors in fabulous way to connect with the community and other local groups. I knew they were a meeting place for the Walk/Run Through the Lights event, but they let people in to use the restroom, get a hot chocolate, eat a cookie, and relax while warming back up! They also paired with the high school student council (I believe) to provide a fun, safe Polar Express night with a ticket as you entered, several games with candy prizes, letters to Santa, a visit with Santa, hot chocolate, a beautifully lit area to color while watching the movie, an organized area to simply relax and watch the movie, and rides through the lights!!
