UPDATE: I was eventually sent a replacement of the item that I ordered/never received. I am updating my rating in result of receiving the product that I ordered, but am still very disappointed in the process it took to get this solution. Mistakes happen, but the customer should not have to go through a process like this to receive items purchased.
