UPDATE: I was eventually sent a replacement of the item that I ordered/never received. I am updating my rating in result of receiving the product that I ordered, but am still very disappointed in the process it took to get this solution. Mistakes happen, but the customer should not have to go through a process like this to receive items purchased.

ORIGINAL POST: I have yet to receive my item that I ordered online. The tracking provided shows that the item was never received by the post office, and this was over 2 weeks ago. I contacted their customer support after giving it a week, and no solution has been provided ... just excuses! So I paid for an item that I never received and was given NO alternative solutions. I love the huge selection and don’t mind the pricing but I do mind the lack of customer service I receive when I shop. I have been several times and am rarely greeted when I walk in. My last visit I spent about 20 minutes in the store and was only talked to at the register. I had a few questions but felt like a burden to ask them. The girls helping me at the cashwrap were perfectly nice but the place is definitely lacking...

I like this store a lot, there is always something new to be found. A lot of accessories to choose from also. The clothes are super trendy, which is great for most, however I dont shop for clothes that often so some of the stuff is not for me.
