I drove over an hour to get to this Blue Mercury, because there is not one near me. When I got there, only the salesperson Yessica was there. I told her why I had driven all that way and how she could help me. She was very kind and told me she was the only one working that day and that if anyone walked in, she may have to step away from our interaction. I totally understood and between clients we got a lot accomplished. The store was immaculate, the selection amazing and the salesperson, Yessica, was top notch! She was much younger than me, but was extremely tactful in helping with my needs, although the big difference in aged skin. I will always ask for her when I go back and will certainly buy...

Was visiting my parents who live in Rhode Island but snowbird in Cary, and my mom and I popped into BlueMercury. Robin was AMAZING!!! She was so incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable about all their products and was able to customize skincare and makeup products for both my 75yrs young mother and myself who recently turned 30 (5 years ago 😉) with our very different skincare and makeup needs! I forgot how much I LOVE this store (mostly because there aren’t ANY Bluemercury stores in Rhode Island… hint hint PLEASE get a BlueMercury in Garden City Cranston, RI) !!! All of their products are the real deal, best of the best!! Thank you Robin for all your help!!!! I can’t wait to visit again next time I...
