I recently visited this store with a friend and was warmly greeted by the assistant manager, Malcolm. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about Southern Tide clothing, offering insights into both the quality and fashion of the brand. Malcolm made us feel very welcome and took the time to help us find the perfect fit and style. We were also impressed by the store's layout and the strategic arrangement of the mannequins. What stood out most was how Malcolm treated us not just as customers, but as individuals. Despite tending to other customers, he was attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. Thanks to his help, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. We will certainly be returning to this Southern Tide location...

This was my first experience in a Southern Tide store and absolutely loved it! The selection is great--especially if you're a golfer or visit the coast often. Robby is personable and helpful and it is clear that Sapphire and him make a concerted effort to give you a personalized shopping experience. First time in a a Southern Tides store yesterday and we will definitely be back. Robert was working and he was fantastic. Especially with someone who isn't a fan of shopping, he put my dad at ease and talked sports while still talking about the clothes. It was such a wonderful experience.
