I visited this establishment today and upon arriving the owner looked at me as if I did not belong!! I was casually dressed in shorts, and a tank top. I'm a black woman. I shrugged it off, thinking "it's not about race". Well, time the guy finished my feet, he said take your time. Kim, (I'm assuming) RUSHES over and said, you're dry, you can go!! She didn't do anyone else like that!! The white people just left. I spent over a $100 on a pedicure!! I was told the pedicure was $68, and another $20 if I wanted Gel. Then, I tip the fellow another $20, and had to pay before getting out of my seat. They didn't even put my flip flops on. The lady grabbed my purse and told me I could leave!! I was just here visiting for a week!! I WILL NEVER VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHEMENT AGAIN!! I'M A VERY ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WOMAN, AND AN ENTREPRENEUR AND THIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! BLACK PEOPLE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Don’t go to this place it’s terrible. Went to get regular acrylics with regular nail polish. They rushed the process my friend’s hand was bleeding and they filed my nails down too much. At the end they tried to charge me $62 (should have been $40. $35 acrylics and $5 shaping.) When I asked why they said it was because of gel nail polish ($20 extra dollars). I said “but I didn’t ask for it.” They just handed me the nails sheet and told me to pick a color. Never told me which ones were gel and which were regular. After I confronted them they said “it’s ok will last longer.” They didn’t get the point, and they wouldn’t take the money off. The only thing they offered was to take the nails completely off. Everyone that works here is so friendly but I always see Cyndi for any type of manicure. She always lets me know what technique is best based on what is healthier for my nails, what I’m wanting and how my nails looks at the moment. I do want to mention that they try their best to get the exact color that you ask for. But it seems that a lot of people come in with Pinterest inspo pictures. If your picture comes from Pinterest, it has filters that they can’t possibly match. I find it’s best to research the color directly from the polish brands before your appointment. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this place! When I was pregnant, Cyndi always brought me a heating pad for my shoulders while I got my service.
