Havana Spin — Restaurant in North Carolina

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a delivery from Havana Spin for the second time, and once again, it was a delightful experience. As a fellow Latina, finding meals packed with authentic flavor can sometimes be a challenge, but Havana Spin exceeded my expectations.

The Pan Con Lechon, featuring toasted bread with roasted pork and Mojo Criollo (Cuban dressing), was absolutely amazing. While I thoroughly enjoyed it, I couldn't help but wish for a side of that delectable mojo dressing to either dip into or generously pour over the dish. The empanadas, with their warm and crisp texture, were filled with beef and had quite the delightful flavor. A bit more filling would have been appreciated, but then again, the restraint left me satisfied without feeling overly stuffed and DEFINITELY wanting more.

I also tried the tostones rellenos with chicken filling, where fried green plantains were shaped like little cups and filled with shredded meat. Despite being slightly cool, the dish remained delicious. Though I missed the melted cheese on top, there was a tasty white sauce that may have compensated for it. The only minor setback was the unexpected presence of ketchup, which seemed out of place amidst the other fantastic flavors.

Overall, I am convinced that these dishes would be even more exceptional when prepared in the restaurant itself. Havana Spin has certainly won me over with its fantastic flavors and authentic offerings, making it a must-visit for anyone craving delicious and genuine...

We just celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday and catered Havana Spin to bring the food truck to our house for the party. They were there early and all of the party guests raved about the food and the wonderful service. They were a family operation and were totally professional, friendly, and very warm to all of the guests. I would highly recommend using them for your next event. You won’t be sorry.
