Hey Dude at Castle Rock — Local services in Castle Rock

I had such a great experience at the Hey Dude store in Castle Rock! I originally came in planning to buy just two pairs of shoes, but thanks to the Denny’s outstanding knowledge and helpful personality, I ended up leaving with four pairs plus some accessories—and I’m so glad I did.

He was friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Instead of pushing products, he took the time to show me different styles and fits that matched my needs. He knew the inventory inside and out and made the whole process fun and stress-free. You could tell he really enjoys helping customers, and that made all the difference.

It’s rare to come across someone who provides that level of service. I felt welcomed, appreciated, and confident in my purchases. I’ll definitely be returning to this location—and recommending it to others—because of the awesome service I received by Denny....

The store was very clean and organized.

The staff were nice and helpful. There were lots of selections and sizes! These are my first Hey Dude shoes and I was impressed by how comfortable they are! And I love that I don't have to lace them 😅 ! Saves me time! And my wide fit now doesn't feel cramped!
