lululemon — Local services in Castle Rock

Got a lululemon gift card as a present but was unable to use it online because the pin scratched off. Tried using the card at lulu lemon in castle rock but the card would not scan. Then I spent 2 hours sitting in the store talking to their online Guest Education Centre just to be told the card was never registered and that there was nothing they could do. The store assistant manager was completely useless and didn’t offer any sort of ideas or remedy. Wasted over 3 hours of time for absolutely nothing. Will not be shopping here...

If you have worn Lululemon before you get it!! It can be a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for which is an exceptional high-quality item that will last!! This is a pop-up store in a factory outlet mall. The prices here are amazing! Incredibly affordable! Run do not walk!! Employees are kind, courteous, and extremely helpful! Beware of racism at this store . Walked in today 9/23 around 3:25pm girl working the door was a racist . As I watched , she greeted everyone with hello, welcome to the store except none to Asians. It was just a eye roll , or a snicker of a smile . Felt extremely uncomfortable when we are here to spend our hard earn cash. Never felt this way at this store so management needs more training on this new girl or overall this store needs...
