I've been to multiple locations for Cinnabon. I am a resident of Castle Rock and visit this location numerous times a month. I have always had a friendly and pleasant experience here. Employees are knowledgeable, quick and do everything with a smile. No matter what time of day I visit, there is always fresh rolls, treats, pretzels, drinks available. I appreciate the professionalism on all levels. Especially the awesome attitudes. Thank you!
...I always research food, clothing, etc reviews prior to purchasing/visiting places and purchasing items. VERY rarely do I leave a review based on one experience/visit. This review is based on multiple years of visiting this Castle Rock Cinnabon. Keep up the great work! So many people have been 'fussing' about things these past two years that aren't necessarily the fault of the recipient. I personally feel that it's partially up to us forty years and older generation to do our best to show grace and wisdom and help lift up and restore basic human decency/kindness/ experience to our younger generation. They are understandably struggling in these crazy, chaotic and confusing times. Let's work with, not against one another.
That said, recently on all of my reviews, I have been giving a heads up about a noodles place here in Castle Rock that is 'biased' and dangerously unethical and unprofessional on so many levels! In my 40 plus years of restaurant experiences....never have I witnessed what occurred recently at mentioned noodles restaurant. This was not a minor, frivolous matter...
Read moreif i could give 0 stars, i would. i literally don’t even know where to begin. my experiences at this location are almost never good. the staff is incredibly rude (not to mention half of them look like they’re no older than 14), which wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t dancing at the register, blasting incredibly loud and vulgar music even when children are present, and yelling at one another to have a conversation from two different ends of the establishment also using vulgar language themselves. the amount of times i’ve heard them talking about promiscuous activity at the register is appalling. not to mention, who i assume is the manager, was also taking part in that conversation. i also heard them talking about how a mouse had ran in the night before and they were having a hard time finding it, then proceeded to laugh about it. half of the time, they seem to not even want to be there. also, the prices are outrageous for what you get. if you order a sugar pretzel, just be prepared for it to be lightly dusted with sugar. i work at the outlets myself and this has happened way more than a handful of times. i’m not joking when i say it is pretty much every. single. time. funny enough, the person with the tattoo on their face seems to be the nicest and most professional. you would think with this being the only place to get food at the outlets, it would be ran better, but i guess not. the establishment is also...

Fantastic place, but I wouldn't recommend placing an online order here about 2-1.5 hours before they close. I placed a small online order here about 1 and a half hours before they closed, thinking they'd be able to make my order. Turns out they were not able to, said the kitchen was closed for the night and that anything that was available would be behind the viewing glass.
I love this place but if their kitchen closes at a certain time I'd like for that to be on their app just so I don't waste my time or the employees' time with a refund. I sadly didn't get a refund but instead got got 2 discount coupons on my account (I didn't know this until I went to order the other day). I don't mind this but I would have preferred getting my money back instead.
Again, I adore this place and it's staff. I just suggest going in person to order and not online. Especially since online doesn't tell you when their kitchen closes or the fact that you can't get a refund for an item if it's not available. Something the developers for the app should fix...
