This store has a problem with customer service. They like to profile customers and follow them around the store and treat them like criminals. Looking through the comments, it appears it is normally racial, but my wife is white and was treated as a criminal as well. Sarah appears to be behind most of this as well as Max and Wylie. When asked to talk to a manager, Sarah said the manager was not there and she was the assistant manager and did nothing since she was behind the harrasment of my wife. We asked for the store manager to call and we have never heard from them. I have called corporate Coach serveral times and it appears they have no control and they don't care either. Maria Doley told me from corporate customer service that they were not pleased and would do something about this issue, BUT now no one will call us back and I have attempted to get in touch with Maria and I have been told they have left her messages to call me back. Brian Fay, the district manager blew us off as well. 15 days after contacting Coach Corporate, Brian didn't know anything about any of these issues. He told me he would look into it, but he has not tried to call us back and it has been several weeks since December 20th when he called us the first time. My wife purchases a lot of Coach stuff and as someone that makes over 350,000 a year and my wife that makes over 150,000 a year, I guess we will take our buisness somewhere else. Totaly done with Coach. Not only this racist store, but...
Read moreSuch bitter ladies working at this location. I had an old white lady that goes for smoke breaks outside on the bench and gives dirty looks to obviously people outside of her own race. I went into the store passing her by when I had already noticed she was glaring at me and my mom looking us up and down but being overly friendly to white people. I continued to look around when she came inside and just started glaring at me and my mom looking us up and down repeatedly about 5 times in a row with the dirtiest looks! No lie! She was obviously stereotyping. Don’t defend her actions either Coach or the manager if you reply to this. It’s always “my workers were overworked or busy or tired.” Well guess what?! I’ve been in those shoes too and still would never treat anyone like that. FYI covid is over. Time to get things back in gear. Instead take responsibility instead of making excuses. So sad this white lady grew up to look like trailer trash and so sad your face is already beginning to sag but don’t take out your racist antics on me. I’m not the one. So glad I didn’t even bother wasting any money here. It’s so strange that it’s 2023 and we still are having these issues! I miss the old colorado with smiling faces and great energy before all these racist people moved in. But I always remember! Karma,...
Read moreWhat an interesting experience. My wife and I were walking around the outlets, checking out the different stores like everyone else was. We saw the Coach and decided to go check it out. Not because we wanted to buy their overpriced crap, but because we don't have a Coach where we live and we were curious to check it out. Needless to say, it wasn't a fun time. For context, the wife and I are a biracial couple with tattoos, piercings, and we dress like we should work at Zumiez. We don't really look like the type to go into Coach (because we're not). Anyways, some old white lady worker decided to go out of her way to pick us out of the many customers that were walking around in the store. She then walked up to us and in a snarky way said "the clearance section is over here" and tried to direct us to the section as if we were too poor for anything else. So if you want to be judged and basically called poor, this is the place for you. In the future, I recommend any employee reading this, keep your judgement to yourself. Especially when you're pushing 90 and still working...
